The Ferrario Southern Tier Jazz Festival (FSTJF) is a two-day jazz festival in Upstate NY. Day 1 is indoors at the Clemens Center in Elmira, Day 2 is outdoors at Thorne Street Park in Horseheads. In it's 7th year, the FSTJF is the main fundraiser for the Economic Opportunity Program Inc. of Chemung and Schuyler Counties (EOP), a human services agency in Elmira NY.
