At The Falcon Underground!
The HD Quintet delivers a variety of intense original music and standards. Their sound can be described as eclectic and diverse. Formed three years ago by Alex Hamburger and Nicole Davis - students in the jazz studies program at SUNY Purchase - the ensemble has released "HDQ: Live in Studio", and are currently working on an EP while gearing up for their third East Coast tour. They continue to play around the NY area at venues such as The Blue Note, The Faclon and Silvana's and at festivals such as the Mid Atlantic Jazz Fest in DC.
